1. Introduction

   By using the tokens provided by Fit-Token.life, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms govern the sale and use of tokens for accessing fitness and health facilities and services.

2. Token Purchase
   1. Purchase: Tokens can be purchased through Fit-Token.life's website or authorized third-party sellers. Payment must be made in full before the tokens are activated.
   2. Validation: Tokens will be activated upon successful purchase and payment confirmation. Users will receive a unique token code or physical token card.
   3. Non-transferability: Tokens are non-transferable and can only be used by the buyer for themselves or designated individuals if expressly allowed by Fit-Token.life.
3. Token Usage
   1. Facility Access: Tokens can be used to access participating fitness and health facilities by presenting or entering the token code at the facility's check-in point, as directed.
   2. Services and Amenities: Tokens may entitle the user to avail services and amenities available at participating facilities. Fit-Token.life is not responsible for any additional costs incurred beyond token usage.
   3. Restrictions: Tokens may have specific restrictions and limitations outlined by the participating facility. These restrictions must be followed by the token holder.
   4. Expiration: Tokens may have an expiration date after which they will no longer be valid for use. The expiration date will be clearly communicated to the user at the time of purchase.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
   1. Refunds: Token purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable laws. Refund requests must be made in writing to Fit-Token.life's customer support, along with a valid reason and supporting documentation.
   2. Cancellations: In the event of facility closures, cancellations, or other circumstances beyond the control of Fit-Token.life, a refund or alternate token arrangement may be offered. Fit-Token.life will communicate or publish any such changes through their official channels.
5. Limitation of Liability
   1. Fit-Token.life shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury arising from token usage or participation in any facilities accessed through the tokens.
   2. Users assume all risks associated with fitness and health facility usage and any activities undertaken therein. Fit-Token.life shall not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages incurred at participating facilities.
6. Privacy
   1. Fit-Token.life respects user privacy and will adhere to all applicable privacy laws and regulations. Personal information collected during token purchase or usage will be handled in accordance with Fit-Token.life's privacy policy.
   2. Fit-Token.life may use aggregate, non-identifiable data for analytical and marketing purposes, while ensuring the data remains anonymous.
7. Updates and Modifications
   1. Fit-Token.life reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users will be notified of any significant changes to these terms through Fit-Token.life's official channels.
   2. Continued token usage after any modifications will be considered as your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
   1. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Namibia. Any disputes arising out of these terms or token usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Namibia.
   2. By purchasing and using the tokens provided by Fit-Token.life, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
